Welcome to the registration page for the 2018 Northwest Bandits Baseball Club Auction! The 2018 Bandit Auction will be held at the Mill Creek Country Club on Saturday, February 3rd at 6:00PM. Doors will open at 5:30PM. Please feel free to dress in casual auction attire.
A general admission ticket includes dinner and two drink tickets. Additional drink tickets will be available for sale on event night.
Dinner will be catered by the Mill Creek Country Club. Please specify your choice of chicken, beef, or vegetarian when you purchase your tickets.
We are limited by venue, so can only sell 200 tickets. Buy now to ensure your spot! We will not be selling tickets at the door this year, as we have to provide headcount to the venue by 1/26.
Unable to Attend the Auction?
If you would like to support the Bandits but can't attend the auction in person, we've got you covered! Click the "Purchase Tickets" tab and scroll three quarters down the page. There, you will find an option to donate to the Bandits without purchasing a ticket.
We are excited to have mobile bidding at our auction again this year! This means that you will be able to bid for silent auction items from your smart phone. This will greatly reduce the check-in and check-out time. For your convenience, you can opt to save your credit card information when purchasing your tickets.
If you don't have a smart phone, don't worry. We will have a few stations set up at the auction where you can place your bids.
Why Is The Bandit Auction So Important?
The annual auction is a crucial fundraising event for the Bandits. The proceeds from this auction go to player scholarships, tournament fees, and team travel. Due to the generosity of this community, we haven't had to raise our player fees in the last 6 years, even though tournament fees have more than tripled. This auction ensures that all of our players can focus on what they do best - play ball! Thank you so much for your support.
